World of Barheroes is an international calisthenics organization. We organize Europe’s biggest Streetworkout and Calisthenics Competition at FIBO 2020. The #WOBfamily welcomes everyone, no matter if you are a Calisthenics beginner or pro, become a part of our events.
What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics [Greek] kallos (κάλλος) & sthenos (σθένος) – “beautiful & strength” Calisthenics is a sport which uses the own body weight to perform beautiful strength exercises. World of Barheroes stands for freestyle calisthenics, a new discipline that includes dynamic movements and static holds with the human body.
